This is the second year that OCA has taken part in the Congressional Art Competition. On March 20, 2018 students went to Congressman Adam Kinzinger’s office to submit their artwork for this year’s competition. “Every spring, members of the U.S. House of Representatives offer high school students in their districts the opportunity to compete to have their artwork displayed in the Cannon Tunnel, which connects the U.S. Capitol to the Cannon House Office Building” (https://www.unigo.com/scholarships/high-school-students/scholarships-for-high-school-juniors/congressional-art-competition/1003194) in Washington DC for the year. Last year one of our students was the Runner-Up!
